  • Different companies distribute power to various locations across Australia. They are your first contact for reporting a power outage in your area. You can find your distributor on the Australian Energy Regulator website.

  • If you rely on a life support machine, refer to your Life Support Program to get started on your plan. If in doubt, please call 000 now.

  • If you are experiencing hardship and unable to pay your energy bill please call our customer service team on 1300 908 142.

  • Please contact our customer service team to talk through any questions you have about your electricity statement.
